Turnaround

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding major holidays.

Once processed your order will be classified as Unfulfilled or fulfilled:

• Unfulfilled- Your order is being prepared. Please check all your email folders (Spam/Junk) for your confirmation message. If we have a question about your order we will try to call or email you. Most clothing items may take 5-7 days to prepare. This may be affected by order volume
  
  
• Fulfilled- Your order has been shipped. From this point it will take approximately 5-7 business days to ship.

Delivery

Clothing items will ship out from USA while Stickers and Accessories will ship from Canada

Delivery Time is dependent on availability. Some items will ship within 48 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom or back ordered products). We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted.
